Founder
Founder of EML360
Patricia Klein developed EML360 from experience spanning event management, hospitality operations, catering, sales, leadership consulting operations, client service, business ownership, and team leadership. Across these environments, she observed a recurring challenge: event success depends on how effectively people, departments, decisions, and responsibilities remain connected throughout the complete lifecycle.
In Practice
Events by Vision Connection
Patricia is the founder of Events by Vision, a full-service event planning and management company producing weddings, corporate and nonprofit events, and private celebrations.
Her continued involvement in client-facing event work helps keep EML360 connected to the decisions, handoffs, relationships, and operational realities that shape the complete event lifecycle.
EML360 is a developing Event Management Lifecycle framework. EML360 Academy is also in development. No enrollment or certification is currently available.
